This is my all-time favorite go-to breakfast shake!
2 scoops Cafe Latte Herbalife Formula 1 Nutritional Shake Mix
2 scoops Vanilla Herbalife Protein Drink Mix
1 cup plain soy milk or nonfat milk (or water)
Optional: 4 ice cubes
Optional: 2 tablespoons Personalized Protein Powder
Place all ingredients in the blender and mix thoroughly until the ice cubes are completely crushed. Ice cubes are optional.
